ABOUT THE COACH
Alisa began her dance journey at the age of 6 when she performed in a theater, dancing in a musical. Over time, her interest in dance grew, leading her to experiment with steps from shuffle tutorials on YouTube and choreography from music videos. Eventually, she joined a dance studio in Minsk.
For two years, Alisa trained in hip-hop freestyle under the guidance of Belarus’s top teachers and completed a year-long house course. She then transitioned to hip-hop choreography and became a member of the Why Knot team. Together, they performed at World of Dance in Lviv, as well as at championships in Estonia, the Czech Republic, and Belarus.
Alisa has explored various dance styles and attended classes from numerous international dancers, including Toby Deedaran (Denmark), Flaminia Genoese (Italy), Leroy Curwood (Australia), and Zacc Milne.
She has found her passion in wavy choreography, enjoying the challenge of working on body fluidity and isolation. Alisa always encourages her students to imagine their movements as if they are stretching like honey.
Her goal is to continue developing her unique style and to contribute to the growth of the dance community in Lithuania, as she believes she has a lot to share.
